Description:

Designing Your AI Roadmap

Bridge the gap between technology and workflow design. This session blends "tips and tricks" for faster day to day work, and then shows how to think about building your first AI roadmap. We showcase "Workbench" habits (eg. meeting

synthesis), streamlined through pre-simulated demos to ensure session efficiency. After that, you’’ll learn how to apply fast and effective prioritisation methods to rank use cases by impact, effort and other critical dimensions. Finally, we use the "Impact-First Filter" to ensure AI projects align with your priorities and maintain a "Human in the Loop" for critical decision-making.

Agenda (40 Mins Content + 15 Mins Q&A):
0-15 Mins: The Workbench. Pre-prepared demos of meeting synthesis and agnostic industry news analysis.
15-30 Mins: The RICE Approach. Scoring of departmental use cases based on Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort.
30-40 Mins: The Impact-First Filter. Evaluating "Human in the Loop" requirements and alignment with 90-day commercial goals.
15 Mins: Implementation Q&A.
