Description:
The Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report: Trust & Health Australia is a comprehensive 16-country study exploring the dynamics of trust in healthcare information across organisations, government, media, business, and NGOs.
This years findings reveal a powerful shift: younger generations are becoming key health decision-makers, engaging with information in new ways, and redefining who they trust. While many are turning to peer voices and digital platforms over traditional expertise, this trend presents a critical opportunity for our leaders: understanding this shift is critical to engaging the next generation and maintaining credibility.
There are three key themes in this years report:
- The Youth Health Ecosystem evolves
- Australia shows higher trust in institutions, but this trust is destabalising
- Health influence is decentralised
The report provides an opportunity to engage with the pivotal findings and understand the steps we can take together to rebuild trust for enhanced health outcomes.
